Couldn't enter instance and got pwnd by guards and other horde players I couldn't do this easy low level dungeon with out doing this huge long quest chain first! Once you run past the guards follow the path past the Valley of Spirits and make the first left you can.

Follow ramp up and make a sharp right into The Cleft of Shadow. The instance is directly across the room. I also did this very early in the morning so I didn't have to encounter any angry Horde players. Once inside dungeon run south and around the U shape back up.
