Hello, my doctor has me taking mg XL twice a day. I have been taking Wellbutrin XL mg and my mood is mostly good. However, I am having a hard time eating. I just no longer have any energy. I also have a severe sweating problem. This has been going on for years. Does anyone else experience sweating.
I have no idea what to expect! I am doing much better on Wellbutrin, but still had some very bad nights. My Dr. I fear he may have forgotten that I was on the SR and not the XL, and just changed the number without really looking it over. I switched to mail same CVS they sent bupropion 2xday. I almost had a nervous breakdown I was never so scared in my life I thought I was losing my mind horrible. I was taking bupropion Sr…. I had to stop. I was having dreams that was so vivid that I thought they were real…. I take Wellbutrin XL mg once in the morning, and it has helped my depression, but my anxiety even more so! But the weird thing is, it was most effective the first day I took it! Why could that be??
Can someone help clarify my dosage from sl to xl please?!? I feel so silly not understanding this. I have been happily on bupropion sr mg twice daily. My dr unexpectedly switched me to XL I have been teary, down etc but coincided with life stressor. She denied this to be true. Can anyone help me know if mg sr twice daily is equivalent to mg Xl once daily? Ugh is right. I vote that the pharmacist is correct! Now what are you supposed to do?!?
If I understand your question correctly. Read on…. The pharmacist agreed. I agree. Two periods per 24 hour day. Now, you have mg, spread out, spanning a 24 hour period. These curves on the graph tend to overlap. By the way- the curved line on the graph for XL covers approx. Can you call the drug company consumer helpline? Can the pharmacist email or call a rep at the drug company regarding this issue? Would the doctor do the same? Sometimes a doctor is not a math person, sometimes they listen to their drug rep, who got the math wrong.
