What is the difference between nespresso c120 and d120

I've had this coffee machine for over a year and at first it was great. But over time it's become extremely slow and the amount of coffee brewed has become less and less. I've descaled the coffee maker and cleaned it. I really liked this coffee maker until it got to this point. I absolutely love this machine!!! It makes the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I just love the crema that forms on top of the coffee.
